This workout website was created with the purpose of helping others learn from my experiences with working out to lose fat, gain muscle, and get ripped. I have been on all sides of the workout spectrum in trying or needing to lose fat and gain muscle. I have worked out with various different programs and used many different diets. My goal is to truly help others cut through all the junk and learn things that have worked for me and others.
Everybody has different genetics and one thing I have learned is that there will be a certain amount of trial and error when figuring out what workout or nutrition strategies will help you lose fat or gain muscle. My goal is to help point you in the right direction and hopefully inspire you to keep working hard to achieve your fitness goals.
I will post all types of information on this site including workout routines, diet advice, supplement suggestions and reviews, nutrition strategies for both gaining muscle and losing fat, as well as advice on workout recovery. There will be tips for figuring out how to develop your own workout routine as well as consistent updates on the programs I am doing and the nutrition plan I am using.
I believe in using many various forms of training including bodybuilding routines, power lifting routines, sport specific routines,HIIT, plyometrics, and home workout routines. I’ve found there are positive things from all sorts of different workouts. I’ve found Yoga to be great at not only improving flexibility but helping in recovery. Bodybuilding type routines with higher volume training for specific muscles can help improve certain areas. Power lifting routines are great for building functional strength and improving athletic performance and explosiveness. You get the idea.
This site will also contain information on several outdoor and sport activities that are not only a ton of fun but provide a great way to get a workout and improve your fitness levels. Things like rock climbing, hiking, swimming, football, soccer, basketball, and ultimate frisbee. I personally prefer to get as much of my cardio or fat loss workouts by participating in the above activities as I find it easier to burn a lot of calories in those activities as you don’t think about the workout. I still however do typical cardio on the elliptical, running the track, or performing plyometric workouts.
Essentially I’m setting up this site to help others get lean, build muscle, and be healthy. I will do my best to give you EVERYTHING you might need to get in shape. I would also be happy to provide you personal coaching or training online. I want to help others be inspired to work out and get in great shape so they feel good about the way they look and can more fully enjoy life and live a long time.
